Leila (pronounced lee-luh) is a historical and contemporary fiction writer from New York. Although she has no desire to be famous, she loves exploring the dynamics of people who work and breathe in the public eye with her work. The novels she most enjoys writing and reading are dark, gritty, nuanced, and don’t always provide a neat, tidy ending.
